Just a perfect beach-style by The Australian Body:Elle Macpherson. I’m searching hard for this necklace now. Do some of you
guys know any place to buy?
At least I have to say: Australia has so much potential. I'm impressed!
Do you remember my post about Aje and Friend of Mine? They’re both based in
Australia and I'm sure much more brands wait to be discovered.
I'm always searching for cloths or interior that is classic, clean, chic but in a special way unique. In my opinion it is a good idea to invest in some basic pieces, because trends are often faster as you really are or as you can find a piece that you can identify with.
I'm wearing today my lovely boheim sweater by ZARA and metal ring necklace by H&M. Book "BACKSTAGE, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin" written by Claudius Holzmann and published by teNeues.
Chic luxury,
high quality, cool, characteristic and much more synonyms stay for the amazing brand
Aje. Check out their site here. They're my dearest Sunday-inspiration ever. I
would love to wear the first dress "LDB 13 Denver Sequin Dress in fluro motif", from their "The Shipwrecked Ball: Part 1. SS12/13" - Collection, on New Year’s Eve this year (it's never too
early to plan your New Year’s Eve outfit!).
While everyone dress up like a superhero, I took this style in my home with the lovely SOLMYRA picutre from Ikea. Love the mix between clearance and something heroically. Do you like it as well?
Do you remember this? Gina Tricot offers also a very nice variant of Isabel Marant inspired t-shirt from the autumn/winter '12 collection. You can buy it here.
Bandana's
still reminds me back to my childhood, when we felt super cool like all the
rappers, hip hoppers and New York street gangs. Now they celebrate a little
comeback and are definitely as cool as ever, but to date for the beach. Maybe a
nice bikini like the amazing one from the collaboration between Adidas and
opening ceremony here or as a beach cover-up like this t-shirt from Gina Tricot.
Maybe
a little and not that much upcoming revival but why do we don't put it discretely on our
wrist and be the beach-babe no.1?
It never happened, that I
was impressed by a whole collection and its styling (included model, make-up,
hair style, photography,..) . But today I will present you the Australian brand
Friend
of Mine. When I scrolled to their newest lookbook I stopped breathing
for one moment and then I realized that I already found a brand that goes
straight up to the top of my list. So I would promise to throw all my cloth
out of my lovely walk-in closed and fill it only with this collection. So
congratulations to the designer duo Teale Talbot and Letitia McLean!
You can shop the collection
on their homepage here.
